How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on whether the item is a pre-order product or an in-stock product.

  • Pre-order products: Orders are expected to be shipped within 90 days of the pre-order closing date. Please refer to the individual product description for the specific pre-order closing date.
  • In-stock products: Orders are generally shipped within 10-15 business days.

Shipping is typically AUD $25, however costs may vary depending on your location. If you would like to confirm shipping costs before placing an order, please contact us directly and we'll be happy to provide a quote.

 

Do you offer returns?

As many of our items are limited-edition and made-to-order pieces, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Every order is carefully crafted with attention to detail and prepared exclusively for our customers, ensuring each piece is unique and special.
